1、刀(dao)具(ju)(ju)(ju)集中分(fen)序(xu)法 就是按所用刀(dao)具(ju)(ju)(ju)划分(fen)工序(xu),用同一把(ba)刀(dao)具(ju)(ju)(ju)加工完(wan)零件上所有可(ke)以完(wan)成的部位(wei)。在用第二把(ba)刀(dao)、第三把(ba)完(wan)成它们可(ke)以完(wan)成的其它部位(wei)。这样可(ke)减(jian)(jian)少换刀(dao)次数,压缩空程时间,减(jian)(jian)少不(bu)必要的定位(wei)误差。
2、以加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)部位(wei)分序法(fa) 对(dui)于加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)内容很多的(de)(de)(de)零件,可按其结构(gou)特点将cnc车床(chuang)加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)部分分成几个部分,如内形(xing)、外形(xing)、曲面或平(ping)(ping)面等。一般先加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)平(ping)(ping)面、定位(wei)面,后加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)孔(kong);先加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)简单的(de)(de)(de)几何形(xing)状,再加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)复杂(za)的(de)(de)(de)几何形(xing)状;先加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)精度较(jiao)低的(de)(de)(de)部位(wei),再加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)精度要求较(jiao)高的(de)(de)(de)部位(wei)。
3、以粗、精(jing)加工(gong)(gong)分序法(fa) 对于易发生(sheng)加工(gong)(gong)变形的零(ling)件,由于数(shu)控车床粗加工(gong)(gong)后可能发生(sheng)的变形而需要(yao)进行(xing)校形,故(gu)一(yi)般(ban)来(lai)说凡要(yao)进行(xing)粗、精(jing)加工(gong)(gong)的都要(yao)将工(gong)(gong)序分开。
